The basics
No. You connect your channels, set your numbers in the admin, and the site and the app are yours. Updates ship to everyone at once.
Yes. Your website runs on our platform with no hosting fee, at any size, and no bandwidth bill when your site takes off. It is part of the $0 a month for accepted creators.
Yes. You get yourname.winwrx.com free, and your own domain at no extra cost. We handle the certificate and the routing.
Any time. Your products, giveaways, posts and layout stay exactly where they are, and only the look changes.
They can use your website, or the winwrx app on iPhone and Android with your code. Same account, same points, everywhere.
You can start with the app and load a few items into our store to get started. However, we recommend switching everything over at the same time, so your fans have one place to shop, play and enter. An existing catalog comes over in one file.
You do. They're your fans, on your domain and in your app, and you know who they are, not just the number. Take your data with you any time.
Yes. Your domain, your customers and your content are yours. No lock-in, no minimum term.
Giveaways and the law
Giveaways are set up as sweepstakes: no purchase is necessary, a free mail-in entry is built in, age and state gates are included, and Official Rules templates are provided. Where a state requires a filing, the admin flags it and lets you exclude that state. You're the Sponsor, so check with your attorney about your giveaways.
It's a weighted drawing, one ticket per entry, using a cryptographic random number generator, with winners and alternates drawn together in one fixed order. Nobody can hand-pick who wins.
You do. They're your giveaways. The store and memberships are built to pay for them: every purchase earns entries, so the prize is what sells the shirt.
No. Fans can store up entries between giveaways. While it's best to always have one open, it's not required.
Your choice for each drawing. Call them live on air and then mark them told, or let winwrx tell them automatically. Either way they claim and sign in the app.
Prizes to one winner over the IRS reporting threshold in a year are reported on a 1099. Winners sign their affidavit in the app. With Winner Paperwork on, you also get a prefilled W-9 to send them and a prefilled 1099 each January; you add the two taxpayer numbers and file. It isn't tax advice, so check with your accountant.
Money
$0 setup and $0 a month for accepted creators, 0% on your merchandise, and 10% on digital sales. Card fees are charged directly by your processor. See pricing.
Anything your fans buy that you don't ship: memberships, entry packs and digital products. Merch, gift cards and anything you ship are 0%. A gift card is spent on your merch, so it counts as merch.
Up to half of the ads each fan sees are yours: sponsors you sell, plus your store items, gift cards, memberships and giveaways. They take turns with ours in the games, in your streams feed and in Ad spots on your home page. Sponsor ads can be booked for a number of views, with a report you can share with the sponsor. Membership plans can include ad-free games.
No. Everyone gets free plays every day. After that, they can watch an ad to keep playing, or buy a membership. Wins pay out in points that fans redeem for entries.
Sales settle straight to your bank through your own payment processor account, on its payout schedule. Our 10% comes off each digital sale as it happens. No invoices, nothing to wait for.

Creators with an audience: 100,000 or more followers across your main channels, and a steady 25,000 or more views per post over the last 90 days. See apply.
