To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering for an account and to update such information promptly if it changes.

Program name: winwrx sign-in codes.
What we send: a one-time code to sign in to your winwrx account, each time you ask for one by entering your mobile number on the sign-in screen of a winwrx-powered website or the winwrx app. A code is sent only when you request it. We send no marketing or promotional text messages.
Message frequency: varies; one message each time you ask for a code.

Opting out: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. We'll send one message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and nothing after it. Reply START to sign up again.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of winwrx and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Posts shown in streams belong to their publishers and are shown as links and excerpts. Other names and logos on the Service, such as YouTube and Instagram, are trademarks of their respective owners, who are not affiliated with and do not endorse winwrx.
Products, gift cards, entry packs, memberships and giveaways on a winwrx-powered website or in the winwrx app are offered by the business that runs that site (the seller of record), not by winwrx. Winwrx provides the platform. Payments are processed for that business by its payment processor. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.
Orders are shipped, returned and refunded under the policies of the business you bought from, which are shown on its site. Orders are subject to availability, and delivery times vary by location and shipping method. Refunds go back to the original payment method or, where the business offers it, as store credit. Entries earned on an order that is refunded are taken back.
Memberships are offered by the business you join, billed monthly or yearly at the price shown when you join. A membership renews automatically at the end of each period, at the then-current price, until you cancel. We'll remind you before it renews. You can cancel at any time from your account's Membership page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and you keep your benefits until then. Moving to a higher level takes effect right away; moving to a lower level takes effect at renewal. Except where the law requires, payments for a period that has started are not refunded.
Points and entries have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred, and can be used only as the Service allows. Points are earned through free activities and can be used for giveaway entries. Each giveaway is run by its sponsor under its own Official Rules, which govern eligibility, entry limits, the free way to enter, the drawing and prizes; if these Terms and a giveaway's Official Rules differ, the Official Rules control for that giveaway. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or accuracy of the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, winwrx and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms shall be finally settled in the courts located in Portland, Oregon, USA.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
