This Privacy Policy outlines how winwrx ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and protects personal information when you use our app and website. We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with federal and state laws, including California privacy laws and child protection laws.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
With the creators you use. When you use a winwrx-powered website, or a creator's store in the winwrx app, we share your account and activity with the business that runs it — your name and contact details, orders, membership, entries and prizes — so it can run its store, memberships and giveaways. Each business handles that information under its own privacy policy.
With service providers. We use providers such as our payment processor and Twilio (text messages) to run the Service, and they use your information only to provide it.
Advertising. Ads on the Service are served by partners such as Google, which may use cookies and device identifiers to show and measure ads. You can turn off personalized ads at adssettings.google.com. To opt out of any sale or sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising, email help@winwrx.com with "Do Not Sell or Share" in the subject line.
We may share aggregated or anonymized data that does not identify you. Your mobile phone number is never shared for marketing; see Text Messages below.
If you give us a mobile number, winwrx uses it to text you a one-time sign-in code, when you ask for one — for example when you enter your number to sign in on a winwrx-powered website or in the winwrx app. A code is sent only when you request it, one message each time.
We send no marketing or promotional text messages. Message frequency varies with what you ask for. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help; you can also reach us at help@winwrx.com.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from every category of sharing in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties, except our SMS provider (Twilio), and only to deliver the messages you ask for.
We employ a variety of security measures to protect your personal information, including encryption, firewalls, and secure servers. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will take steps to delete it.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
You can delete your account at any time, from the winwrx app or from any winwrx site you use: open Account and choose Delete My Account. It takes effect immediately and cannot be undone. Your name, contact details, date of birth, state of residency, mailing address and profile picture are removed, and any Facebook or Google sign-in connected to the account is disconnected.
Some records cannot be deleted — giveaways that have already been drawn, orders and payments, and prize tax paperwork — because the law requires us to keep them. Those are kept without your name or contact details and are no longer linked to you. What is deleted and what we keep explains it in full.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the updated policy will reflect the new effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Effective Date: October 18, 2026.
