We power the games, track the entries, and draw the winners. We follow the rules and publish the results. It's good for you and your fans — they play and pay more knowing every entry is counted.
Most creators don't know a giveaway is actually a sweepstakes, with rules that vary from state to state. There has to be a free way to enter, so free mail-in and online entries are built in. Some states set the minimum age at 19 or 21, and New York and Florida require registration and a bond when total prizes exceed a threshold. Built-in age and state gates help you meet these rules, or exclude a state. Your rules can require winners to sign an affidavit of eligibility, right in the app, and with the optional Winner Paperwork service, prizes at or above the IRS reporting threshold come with a prefilled W-9 and 1099 for you to review and file.
